Partners set the price and terms
The amount, rate or factor rate, fees, term, collateral and any personal guarantee are set by the partner. We do not publish rates because we do not set them. Read the partner's agreement in full and ask the partner about anything unclear before signing.
A merchant cash advance is not a loan
In a merchant cash advance the funder acquires a slice of receivables the business has yet to collect. The funder collects the purchased amount from future sales instead of charging interest, and its terms are set by the funder.
